"We really enjoyed our stay for the most part. I did call the front office on night 1 because the air conditioner was soooo loud, we couldn’t sleep. I called the office and they said they would call back in a few minutes after talking to maintenance. The call never came and it was 9:30 with young kiddos so we decide to turn the air off so be could sleep. "Embassy Suites is known for quality. The 2-room suite was clean and very comfortable. The atrium is tasteful with immense water features. We stayed during a period of severe t-storms and tornado watches, and felt very safe. Barely heard the thunder. The only thing of note was that the bar and grill was understaffed. The staff working was super hard working and trying their best. The servers were moving non-stop (shout out to our server Brenda who was excellent and kind). That said, the food...
