I didn't like not having a refrigerator. I didn't like having bugs in my bed. I didn't like the bathroom toilet seat being broken. I didn't care for the neighborhood it was in, and I didn't care for the fact that I had to check out, and check in another hotel.

This was a terrible experience for my wife and I the lady at this front desk had me pay an extra 50 dollars for the deposit and was told it will be back in two days it’s been a week and still my money have not came back to my card. This is a terrible experience during this pandemic you will think business owners would be more appreciative of those who are spending money with them
I was highly disappointed first they key machine wasn’t working then after that I booked a smoking room the only smoking room they had was dirty so then they moved me to a non smoking room. When I asked why I couldn’t get what I paid for I was told because this the last single bed room so deal with it. I was highly disappointed and irritated about the situation. Final to top it off there was bullet holes in the door

It was a nice quiet stay. I would stay there again.
We reserved (and paid for) a non-smoking king. Upon arrival, we were told that type of room was unavailable and were assigned a double room. It was late and we had just driven 1100 miles so we just decided to take the room.
When we opened the door, the stale smell of cigarettes was overwhelming.
Both bed coverings had burns and the sheets had blood stains. The mattresses were extremely sunken in the middle and very uncomfortable.
The interior was spartan at best. There were no window coverings, dresser drawers were either missing or made of raw plywood, and the shelf was unattached from the wall. Repairs to the room appeared to have been poorly made (if at all).
The worst part was in room security. The manual latch had been ripped from the door and the deadbolt would not engage.
Do not stay here. Take your money and business elsewhere.
Had issues right off the bat. Could not even get the TV to work. Finally after an hour we was able to get the TV setup and connected to maybe 4 channels. This was even after switching rooms and the TV didn't work in that room either.
Then went into the bath room where we noticed the door has holes in it and the ceiling in the shower was about to fall and had black mold growing on it...
At that point we left and didn't even stay the night.
Very disappointed in the facility.
This property was dirty, first room I was offered had dirty and not working toilet, second room was never cleaned, and I am not sure if beds were really changed, there were beer caps on the floor, paper wrappers in the bathroom, finally I was offered a third room which was acceptable, however sheets did not fit the mattress and were sliding at night from mattress. The manager on call was apologizing and offered a discount but I did not stay there for a second night and counting my losses decided to leave and move to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Besides, the pictures Expedia lists on the web site are definitely misleading, the area is not really safe and the adjoining lot was full of garbage. I did not dare to park my vehicle at night at the parking and had an acquaintance to drive me to and pick me up from the hotel. Overall terrible experience.
The guy at the counter was rude health department shut down the breakfast area there was no smoke detector in the room it was trash in the room when we got there there was white spots on the bed it was by far the worst day at a days inn but I've ever had
We arrived at our room to find a disheveled looking man in our bathroom, he said he was delivering shampoos and soaps. He had no i.d. or badge connecting him to hotel staff and I ran him out. There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, hairs on the ripped up towels that were hanging, missing light bulbs, the carpet was filthy, and there was filth on the bedding as well. When I went to the front desk to mention all of this, the manager immediately accused me of lying and grew hostile, never once apologizing or going to check it for himself. He eventually called in the maids, who lived in a room at the motel and after they walked through my room, they admitted they may have overlooked my room. Still the manager/owner was hostile towards me and stuck to his position that I was lying or had dirtied the room up myself. I could not believe the unprofessional demeanor and lack of any remorse on the manager's end. The housekeeping finally offered me an apology but the mangager/owner never did. He refused to give me a refund as well and there was no way I was staying there after all that so I was just out the money. I took pictures of everything wrong with the room and will be sending them on to Wyndham but I have little expectations that they will do anything about it. Protect your money, sanity and safety by staying anywhere but here!
Its horrible i don't recommend staying here. The staff were rude and very argumentative. Try to give me a room that wasnt my reservation. In that room the couch was sunken in. He changed my room and this room the locks were messed up like the door had been kicked in.
There were no bath towels, nothing for bathing not even a bar of soap. The smoke detector had been removed from the wall. It was loud all night, the front staff actually came into my room around 1am by accident.
We never got a room and people from out of town were complaining because there room was never cleaned. I made my reservation on Sunday drive 45 miles to check in and he said he didn’t have our room. I would of not even stayed because it was so so nasty
This was literally the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The furniture was in poor condition, the bedspread had cigarette burns, the walls and floorboards were gross, the TV only got a few channels, shampoo bottles were half used, the towels were not clean (one of them smelled like someone’s perfume), the mini blinds didn’t completely cover the whole window, so if light was on you could see inside, and the breakfast looked disgusting (we obviously didn’t eat it). I wish we would have taken pictures of all the things but here are pictures of the wall/floorboard and furniture. We will definitely never be staying here again.
this was the worst hotel I have ever checkin to. The staff was very disrespectful caused me of damaging the room when I can in to discuss the disgusting room they had me in. They took over two hours of my time saying there was no other room. I asked to be refunded so I could go anywhere else and was refused. Finally after threatening to call the city fire department in regards to the safety and code violations another room became available which was a smoking room that smelt horrible. As I was in town for the AFC championship game there were no rooms available anywhere near by. I have pictures I would like to forward to Days Inn Corporate as well as Expedia because this was horrible.
I got there and the owner said they were overbooked. He tried to run my credit card twice for two different amounts hat was unauthorized. I never had communication with the hotel until I arrived. I never gave them my credit card at any time. So they got my credit card info direct from Hotels.com! Then they told you that my credit card was "declined!" It was declined because they ran my card and had the wrong expiration date. So they basically lied to you and why did your company give them access to my card. I then had no place to stay!! There was an NFL playoff game I was attending so this totally ruined my day! I was very disappointed that I was only offered a $100 for my inconvenience. This was a horrible experience. I am sure the reason they cancelled my reservation was so they could sell it for much more than i paid through hotels.com.
I will never stay there again. Gave the wrong room at check in. Owner very argumentative. Not friendly at all.

This property is in a very rough neighborhood and one of the beds was broken we didn’t have a remote for the tv
There was no mirror in the bathroom and there’s wires exposed where a light used to be and in 2 line fixtures there were bulbs missing

Just don’t stay here unless you need to. Had an issue with check in saying hotels.com didn’t pay them, their rooms have mini blinds and not curtains so good luck sleeping when the suns up, and they don’t cover the window fully so people can watch you through the window, the front desk dude got super rude to the hotels customer service person, and the maids forget to take the trash out of the room from the previous guest.
The rooms were small, they were not very clean, no curtsins on windows allowing lights in and other customers to see in, the cleaning lady was tring to clean the room 2 hours before check out.

No remote for tv. Shut off after 3 mins. The non smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Only one bath towel. Phone was not plugged and cord hidden behind nightstand. No cups for water and no liner for ice bucket. Only one trash can. No hairdryer. No wi-fi.
Booked 2 rooms only 1 was ready went out an about for hours came back room still was not ready. No in room phone to call front desk no tv guide no extra blankets, light outside of window made room too bright for sleeping, no drinking cups in rooms, hot and cold water in bath was backwards. Morning bunch milk in a one gallon jug, who would drink out of a open container in a public hotel. Sheets did not fit the bed, 72 years old and the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
