The space is BEAUTIFUL, the staff are extremely kind and welcoming and the food is amazing! I will only stay here moving forward when I visit Kansas City! You guys are doing an amazing job!

Hotel was amazing but weekend nights were little loud till midnight for the inside room that we had. Didnt know that they dont clean every day either. But loved comfortable beds and decor.

This is a “theme” hotel in a former industrial section of Kansas City. Its appeal to young people in its lounge layout and associated excellent restaurant is obvious in the crowds they attract. The staff in all parts of the facility from the valet parking and front desk to wait staff and room service is excellent.

We had a great time staying here for a night. Super cool and clean property. Worth every bit of the splurge for the atmosphere. We had drinks at the lobby bar the first night and breakfast the next morning and it was all wonderful.

Staff is excellent; super friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. They were very helpful pointing us toward recommended venues nearby. We enjoyed the dim, minimalist aesthetic. Cozy yet clean, modern and hip. Nice bar area and cocktails were top notch. The building layout requires walking around the atrium, so not super convenient. The rooms are a bit small but everything feels nice, modern, clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the little bar cabinet and offerings inside. Valet is almost required since parking is otherwise sparse. The parking lots are all outside and don’t seem super secure, but that wasn’t an issue. Walkable area with plenty to do nearby within a few blocks, just not in the immediate vicinity. We will stay again and try Lazia next time.

This has been my FAVORITE plave I have stayed in KC this far. The atmosphere, the people, literally everything is perfect. Wish there was a better parking situation but their valet was top tier and the friendliness if the staff was unbeatable. 10/10

It was close to the convention center. Staff was extremely polite. Room was spacious. I did not like that there was not any mini fridge or microwave in the room. Only one restaurant in hotel which had limited items. There were not any supermarkets, convenient stores, fast food restaurants near by either. Gym was good but there was not a POOL!!!

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed the level of customer service you received. All of our rooms do include a fully stocked mini fridge. Guests are welcome to move items in the fridge for their own items; or we are happy to remove all the items for purchase. While the downtown area does not have an abundance of supermarkets, we are within walking distance to DGX and from there you can also take the complimentary street car to Cosentino's market downtown. And while there is not many fast food options, the Crossroads District is filled with many amazing local restaurants for all price ranges. Thank you again for staying with us and providing us feedback from your stay.

The Hotel is gorgeous. It is such a cool property. It is an old warehouse that has been modernized. The location is spectacular. It is a five minute walk to Union Station and Crown Center. The rooms were so cool. Very modern looking. Staff was excellent. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this hotel. My only minor complaint is that I’m a tea drinker and they didn’t have any black tea. Add some English Breakfast tea for us folks who need caffeine. Otherwise a great stay.
