So clean and exactly as shown-great place to stay while attending a show at Midland Theater with 3 girlfriends from high school days - had a great relaxing time- the apartment was perfect !!
my best friend, my children, & i traveled up for the holiday to spend some time exploring KC.. this location was absolutely awesome. the kids loved it, the main bedroom is removed from the living & other bedrooms which was really nice to have that space.. we would definitely stay again.
It's pretty much central to everything in KC. Power & Light, Plaza, and Crossroads are all close by. Best of all, Westport is a 5-minute walk away. The accommodations were as detailed on VRBO. No surprises! We would definitely stay here again!
Short stay but way better than a soul sucking hotel. Good location and it was nice getting a call from the property staff that our place was being worked on. They were fantastic!
We stayed in this unit for my brother's graduation. This unit was perfect for our family, with a great open living space for us all to hang out and it was a close drive to everywhere we had to go. The host was super responsive and had a great welcome guide.
Three old college buddies in town for a Chiefs game
I rent on Vrbo on an off over the years and a couple of friends of mine and I plan a trip to Kansas City to see a Chiefs game. I wanted the three of us to stay in one place instead of getting three different hotel rooms figured it’d be more fun to hang out After the night and just sit around and talk about old times the family kids and all that. This place is wonderful. Easy to get to easy Street parking safe neighborhood great three bedroom open floor plan well lit cool loft nice kitchen, nice bathroom, king beds, and all three rooms , really perfect for everything we were looking for and needed. I would highly recommend it and if we ever come back I’ll definitely look this place up again. I would say this place would be great for three friends or two families or family with two or three kids .
Everything in the apartment was tidy and clean! The bedrooms are all spacious and have desks or dressers to place items on and room for bags, etc. Love that they all had ceiling fans too!
The front stairs up to the apartment are steep but the back stairs through the courtyard are very manageable and closer to the street parking (pay attention to the signs on the side street, some days/hours limit parking to 1-2 hours in certain sections). We enjoyed walking to restaurants and coffee shops north of the apartment (rec: Broadway Cafe & Jerusalem Cafe). There are grocery stores and such within walking distance as well, although some crosswalks and sidewalks were not very accessible. We didn't really have issues with noise, it seemed to quiet down in the late evening. Check-in and Check-out was easy and they were able to accommodate late check-out which we really appreciated. I'd stay again!

When we booked this, the property had a 5/5 star rating which was part of why we booked it even though it was a little more expensive than other options. While there was nothing “wrong” with the property, I certainly wouldn’t say it was a 10/10. The apartment was dusty and there was an odd smell in the kitchen. There was also a homeless person posted up at the front door who literally fell into the apartment when we opened the front door from the inside lol. I definitely recommend using the back door through the gated courtyard—that was a nice touch and made it feel safer. Also, we were given the wrong door code originally, but the property manager promptly responded to my message regarding this. She was very friendly and accommodating. We only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms, but one bedroom’s light and fan did not work. Again, this property worked for what we needed it for but it wasn’t what I would consider “exceptional”.
The house is inviting and suoer clean! The front bedroom was a bit cold and the smaller queen bedroom a bit warm but other than that it was 5 out of 5 amazing!
We were a group of 5 adult women who were in town visiting a friend - this place fit all our needs! It is more spacious than you can tell in the photos and the location was great. We felt safe and didn't have any issues! it was a little bit dusty and there was a little bit of a smell coming from the garbage disposal but other than that everything was perfect!
The communication with Kristen was fantastic. The space is set up so well and is decorated so cute! While it was too wet outside for us to enjoy, the courtyard was fantastic. We spent our first Christmas away from home together here and it felt like home. Plenty of room for us all to stretch out. It was close to everything we needed to do. There was a transient person hanging out by the courtyard entrance but when my husband asked him to move on, he did without incident. While we didn’t let anyone go outside alone, we did not feel unsafe. I would recommend the courtyard entrance. The front stairs are a bit difficult to navigate. It was nice to unload the truck into the courtyard area and then take it up the stairs. The coffee bar was so cute. The bathroom and shower were great and it was so nice to have the half bath too! We had a great stay.
We can in town for my daughter’s baby shower. Grandma, mom and aunts. We loved the space. So dang cute. Beds were great, well equipped kitchen. Loved the big table and seating area. We laughed ourselves silly!
I have been staying in VRBO's for years and this was my first bad experience. We booked this room for a girls weekend Hallmark experience.We headed at 9pm after event was over and arrived in a desolate dark sketch neighborhood.The door had the flimsiest lock ever and we did not feel comfortable even staying. We ended up driving to a hotel instead. Very sad. If you are alone or female do not book this!!!!
