Beautiful | spacious | clean house for families #1

Beautiful spacious home in the quiet suburban neighborhood ideal for family or business trip. This house has two levels with enough room for comfortable stay of 6 people with possibility to have 4 more guests occupying our convertible sofa beds. The house is conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, easy access to US69 highway. Enjoy tasteful décor, comfortable new beds and freshly laundered bedding/towels. If you have a larger group ask us about our other properties on the same street.
No parties/ events are allowed, no pets, it's a quiet suburban neighborhood.

A few days in KC area

My family was in town for 3 days for a family function. The home served our needs. It's clearly a rental and it's not high-end (not that we expected it to be). The location worked for what we needed and it was fine for our family. Nothing luxurious, but better than renting 2 hotel rooms.

Perfect home, great location!

We stayed at this home for 1 night, just passing through the area. It was perfect for 3 adults and one toddler! Clean, and it had plenty of towels and beds for everyone. A nice comfortable place to stay where we could all be together. Much better than a hotel!!!

Not what it looked like

This is an old duplex that has been "cosmetically" done. The fixtures are all very old and the bathroom faucet did not work after the second day. The bed lines were old and stained. The downstairs smelled like marijuana. When I called to speak with the owner he was said very rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again. I have stayed in many VRBO's and rely on the reviews for booking that is why I am writing this to save another family from staying here.

Only stayed one night, very nice

The property was quite clean and very near to Kansas City things to do. We were in town to take in a show and only stayed one night, but the place is worth a longer visit.

Dirty, but great space

House was as pictured. Older, so not much in the way of sound barriers. The basement shower had a ton of mold in it. When I turned on the bathroom sink black goo shot out. There were no extra kitchen helps-salt pepper etc. those are basics in a rental for me. Oh, and it had an overall mold smell in the property itself. The space/rooms fit the needs we had well.

Good value

The location and number of rooms was great for our needs. The Property Manager was very responsive during the entire process. The bathroom could have been cleaned a little better and most of the doors are difficult to close which make a bit too much noise when other are trying to sleep. Overall, it was a very nice property and I would recommend it for sure.
