Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at.

Had a great stay here. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Reception was helpful up until I was checking out. They unfortunately left the new girl on her own and she was a bit confused about what I owed. It took a lot longer than expected, but thankfully my flight was delayed so it wasn't an issue getting to the airport on time. Also, the management later contacted me because they thought I hadn't paid my full bill, but it was because hotels.com/Expedia didn't give them the full amount even though I pre-paid before I even arrived. Thankfully I had proof that I had paid or else the hotel would have charged me extra. Hopefully, the process is improved in the future, other than that, I had a lovely stay.

My reception here and the level of service of the staff at this botique hotel was exceptional. Their efforts to help me adjust to the local culture and in organizing shopping and sightseeing were superb. I was able to meet all my goals with a minimum of stress as I found different opportunities here in Kathmandu. They gave me valuable advice and guidance in navigating a different culture and location making my experience here, one of my best in South Asia. When I returned to this city, I decided to stay here again as it was such a good place to be. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor, kind and skilled staff, convenient location that is central to many attractions, and excellent food and drink.
