"The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The management team clearly takes pride in delivering outstanding service, and their professionalism was evident throughout my stay. "The Blanket hotel has excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel but has all the amenities you need. They also provide lots of additional services such as yoga, nature walk, cooking demos and so on. The pool is also beautiful. The location next to the waterfall makes it magical. The other guests don’t follow rules much when it comes to use of the pool in proper attire. The staff of the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and positive attitude. Kudos to their floor manager and all the staff and a big thank you!"
