Only 10 minutes from beautiful Rovinj is Villa Kalemi, a spacious villa with a total area of 150 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The exterior of the villa is characterized by a spacious terrace that fits perfectly into its surroundings and the ambiance of a small Istrian town, while the interior awaits you with modern elements and a touch of luxury. If you want to stay in the sun and enjoy everything that Rovinj has to offer, and at the same time you want to have your own peace, this villa is the ideal choice.On the first floor of the villa, there are three rooms with double beds, bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers, toilets, hair dryers and cosmetics, and a beautiful terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV.On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa for 8 people, which will serve as an ideal place for pleasant evening gatherings with a large TV and multimedia content. Downstairs, there is a dining area with a bar for 6 people and a modern kitchen with all the necessary facilities for preparing breakfast or the indispensable morning cup of fresh coffee. The villa is decorated with modern furniture and stylish elements, so you will feel comfortable here at all times.From both floors of the villa there is access to the terraces where you can enjoy the natural environment full of greenery and a unique view of the surrounding valleys and hills. Outside there is a spacious terrace with deckchairs, a table, a summer kitchen and a park for children. An outdoor fireplace and a gas grill are at your disposal, so you will have everything you need to prepare delicious grilled dishes. During hot summer days, you can cool off in the swimming pool located on the grassy area under the terrace. The pool is equipped with a jacuzzi and extends to 54 m2.Thanks to its location, the villa is ideal for enjoying the numerous facilities and events that will await you in Rovinj and its surroundings. Visit one of the many restaurants or taverns, enjoy a walk through the streets of Rovinj and a unique view of the sea and islands. There are also numerous destinations on the western Istrian coast, such as Umag, Novigrad or Poreč, which are just 5 minutes from the main highway, where you can see sights from the Roman era or swim on one of the many beaches.

“Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen – die Lage ist einfach wunderschön! Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet, man muss wirklich nichts extra kaufen. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Meer fährt man etwa 11 Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch der Pool ist schön und sauber – wir haben ihn sehr genossen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!”
