Das Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr sauber und eine wirklich herzliche Gastfamilie! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Kann man nur empfehlen!! Sehr ruhige Lage. Gastgeber super freundlich und sehr nett. Es gab ein wilkommensgeschenk worüber wir und riesig gefreut haben. Der Pool ist für Kinder bestimmt klasse, für war er jetzt eher nichts. Aber jeder hat da seine eigene Meinung dazu.Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Danke nochmal

Genieten van de rust

Rustig gelegen huisje. Hele vriendelijke ontvangst. Koelkast voorzien van lekkernij en pakket met o.a. Olijfolie, diverse jam om mee te nemen naar huis. In het huis is alles aanwezig. Nabij gelegen auto snelweg is heel soms licht te horen. Huis ligt wel afgelegen en een auto is wel nodig. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Mrigani

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Ein kleines, sehr gemütliches Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Ein weiteres Plus ist der große Garten und der Pool. Die Gastgeber Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war optimal. Überaus nett fanden wir kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung und zum Absschied.

Sehr gut

Sehr sauberes, gemütliches Haus mit gepflegter Außenanlage und riesigem Garten. Erholsame Ruhe trotz Dorfnähe (200 - 300 m). Nur 5-10 Gehminuten bis zum Restaurant "Mrgani 42" (empfehlenswert). Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin Marija und ihrer Familie: Als Ankunftpräsent gabs einen gefüllten Kühlschrank, der für die ersten Tage ausreichte. Weitere landestypische Spezialitäten gabs während des Aufenthaltes. Zur Abreise überraschten sie uns mit leckerem Reiseproviant. Wir haben uns sehr über unsere Gastgeber gefreut. schon fast familiäres Verhältnis. Vielen Dank Marija. Auch wenn ich bei FeWo-direkt nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann, bekommt ihr trotzdem 6 !!!

Urlaub zum Entspannen

Urlaub in aller Ruhe ohne Tourismusstress geniessen und entspannen, das war hier im Haus Spignoviza super. Prima ordentliche und saubere Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der Ausblick ringsherum in die grüne Natur wunderbar! Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr herzlich und mehr als gastfreundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt noch einmal.

Ruhe pur

eine einfache, aber sehr saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist einsam, aber herrlich in der tollen Natur mit Blick auf Olivenbäume und das hügelige Hinterland Istriens. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist überaus freundlich und herzlich. Man wird mit allerlei regionalen Produkten begrüßt und verabschiedet. Zum Meer fährt man 20-30Min. Im Dorf Mrgani gibt es die Geheimtipp-Konoba-sehr lecker.

Perfekter Urlaub zu zweit

Wir hatten das Glück, die ersten Gäste in dem kleinen Häuschen mit der grandiosen Lage, der herrlichen Aussicht und der Ruhe zu sein. Meine Frau und ich kennen Istrien und wollten in diesem Jahr (mal ohne Kinder) einen Urlaub, fern ab aller Touristenhochburgen, in ruhiger Lage zur reinen Entspannung verleben. Dies ist uns im Haus „Spignoviza“ perfekt gelungen. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberfamilie und die weitere Betreuung und Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthalts, war unübertroffen freundlich und herzlich. Alleine aus diesem Grund werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Die Angaben und Beschreibungen aus der Anzeige zum Objekt, stimmen mit den vor Ort vorgefundenen Gegebenheiten, in vollem Umfang überein. Unser Zentraler Aufenthaltsort war die Terrasse (immer im Schatten) auf dem Podest vor der Eingangstür. Besonders gut haben uns die Kompaktheit und die kurzen Wege zwischen Schattenterrasse zum Pool, zur Außendusche (warmes und kaltes Wasser), den Sonnenliegen, der Küche und dem Bad gefallen. Die Küche und das Bad sind nagelneu und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus ist neu renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die vor dem Haus verlaufende Straße ist so gut wie unbefahren, es gab keine permanent störenden Nachbarn oder sonstige Lärmquellen, so dass man die umgebende Natur entsprechend genießen kann. Wer die Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden.
