"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "The room was clean and comfortable. There was no AC but you could open the windows which was nice in the evenings. The staff were very nice. There are dining options onsite and just behind the hotel in a courtyard. It was a nice walk to Interlaken train stain and a shorter walk to Interlaken West. "
