Let me start with, I would rent this property again.
The property could use some cosmetic improvements for the NRI customer. The property manager is new at this and some attention to detail would make the experience much better.
For example, written instructions on how to handle/ find mundane things like how to dispose of full garbage bins, batteries for remotes, turn on the water heater, refill all the hand soap bottles, would make life simple.
As a new property, it is pretty clean. The rooms are HUGE and the bathrooms are equally spacious.
However as with all properties in rainy/ humid season, small insects get into the house. Cleaning right before new renters or using of easy to get insecticides would make it less creepy to NRIs.
As a new property, there are some maintenance details that occur with every new house - leaking faucets and pipes, rain water enters from exhaust fan etc
Property is well lit inside and outside.
It is located in an extremely well serviced area for restaurants, supermarkets, parks, high to super high end shopping, hospital right next door and easy access to transport.
