"Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray near TV with sign stating smoking in bed is prohibited. Could hear trains during the night when sleeping. Breakfast was two rice ball bento with a bottle of green tea. Good if you need less that 500 calories. Check-in desk not occupied constantly and non-patrons can access lobby and guest floors easily through elevator or stairwell. "
"This was my first ever stay in japan. I can't believe they provide pyjamas, slippers, face wash, razors, toothbrushes, etc. It's unheard of in North America especially for the price. The room is small. Make sure you check the dimensions if that concerns you. Most budget rooms in Japan are small so don't be surprised. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. "
