"The room was nice, clean, but the property itself smelled strongly of cigarettes. The staff was helpful, but to get a shuttle from the airport was a challenge because I didn’t get clear directions on where I was supposed to meet the shuttle."

"We went in for breakfast and the poor waitress was run off her feet with little to no help in sight. She was doing her level best and was treated rudely by some guests where I almost wanted to step in but didn’t. I was proud of her for not engaging with them in a negative manner. The food, when she could finally get it to us was hot and delicious."

Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind. "
