Welcome to the Wild West! It's a little bit of spurs and a little bit of lace. Our home has a newly remodeled kitchen, main level private master bedroom and bath, large bedrooms, two family rooms, and porch with views. Sit back and relax in the hot tub while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Just seven minutes east of Kanab, you will love the country feel. Come experience the Wild West with the amenities you desire. It will be a home you want to come back to again and again! Pets will be considered on an individual basis, but please don't sneak them in. We know you will love our home as much as we do!

Spring break trip

The house was so well stocked, the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It felt so clean and comfortable was very homey. Lindsey had great communication with us and made check in and check out so easy. It was about 10 minutes from downtown kanab, but when my group stayed we did all the Utah national parks, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon so the spot was great! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Simply Perfect!!!

The house was super clean, great location, secluded and beautiful! We loved the decor, amenities and high end appliances. It was so nice to have ice and filtered water in the fridge, coffee, nice towels and the pellet stove. Lindsey was very responsive and can tell she takes pride in her home! I would recommend this home to everyone!

Perfect location and wonderful home

This home had everything we needed. Wonderful location, beautiful home, easy and pleasant communication with the owner. My kids loved the cats on site and a visit from the neighbor’s dog, Elvis. I cannot recommend this home enough! Great location for visiting Kanab and Zion National park and the North rim of the Grand Canyon.

Close to Kanab and the South and North Coyote Buttes

Home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and was located ideally for what we were planning. The hot tub was lovely after hiking, but be careful with jewelry in the hot tub, the chemicals are pretty harsh on sterling silver. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare all our meals. The owners were easy to reach and accommodating, we were able to get in early and drop our luggage so we could hike without everything in our car.

Absolutely great property

Friends and I stayed here on a hiking tour in spring 2023. The house was extremely clean and comfortable, lots of room for all 4 of us (we had planned for more, and the house could handle more). Beds were comfy, location was quiet and safe. Washer and dryer came in handy. Can’t say enough good about the host; great to deal with, quick communication and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

House is beautiful, owner was gracious and let us check in a little early. Owner communicated she will not be in range to receive messages and let us know who we can contact. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. After for traveling through Utah for over a week this house was very relaxing.

Perfect!!!

The house is just a few minutes out of town. We loved being close, but not right in town. The house is clean & up to date. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is plenty of parking for trailers with a pull through driveway, which is really nice. The hot tub was also a nice perk. Our host was very attentive & made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Great House

4 sisters stayed here, as we visited Sequoia Park, Bryce Canyon, Zion Park, Grand canyon, and Vegas. Loved the house, everything we needed was there. Lihdsey was an exceptional host. We actually didn't spend much time at the house, but when we were there it was most comfortable. Beds were great, and tons of hot water. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. Loved it.

All That You Need

We stayed at Lindsey's place for a month and it provided more than we could have asked for. Location is perfect for seeing so much of the spectacular scenery that southern Utah and northern AZ offer. Kanab is a lovely town with plenty of culinary selections. House fit our needs and comfort for our family and friends as we used all four bedrooms. Communications was excellent as was checking in. Lindsey was most responsive to our inquiries and would provide answers to many of our questions about the area. The hot tub was an added pleasure after a day of hiking or sightseeing. We understand why the property has such a high rating, it will not disappoint!

Amazing house in the country

Lindsey was great and stayed in communication as needed. The house was roomy enough for our family of 8. The only down side was the table was not large enough for all of us to eat together. This was a minor thing though as the rest of the house was perfect. The hot tub was a nice addition we made use of most evenings. The location was perfect for seeing many national parks with a central home base. Great stay overall!

This house wasn’t just a rental, it had been some one’s home, and it felt that way. The house was as described. It was comfortable and roomy. We used this as our base to explore Zion and Bryce. At night we enjoyed the hot tub and clear skies with lots of stars. Lindsey was a great host and checked in on us to make sure everything was as we expected and responded quickly to any questions. An added bonus that we really enjoyed, were the friendly cats on the property. They greeted us every morning outside and made it feel even more like home. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Home in Perfect Location

This home was way better than advertised and very comfortable for the four of us. Lindsey was very helpful when we asked a question. There wasn't much that we needed as the home had everything we could need. A great place to explore beautiful Kane county and surrounding national parks. We suggest visiting Best Friends Animal Society as it is very interesting and it is heart warming to see how well the animals are treated. We really enjoyed Houston's Trails End for a good place to eat at a very reasonable price. Unfortunately, we couldn't do as much hiking as we would have liked around Kanab due to the record heat, but still plenty to do. We do hope this home is available when we return to Kanab and highly recommend this home for anyone wising to explore this diverse region of Utah.

Southwest Adventure

This house was perfect for our family of 5 and could have accommodated many more! Impeccably clean, beautifully spacious, thoughtfully stocked and fabulously comfortable. Nestled in the outskirts of Kanab, we loved the remoteness of the property, with the town center just a short 10 minute drive for all of our essentials. The location was centrally located for our adventures to Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Adventures here are endless! Lindsey was a perfect host and could not have made our stay anymore, well, perfect! This house feels like home. Don't hesitate: book this home if you can! Also, make sure to visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. It's a heartwarming place dedicated to saving all of our four-legged friends. Book your tour in advance and dig deep with your donation. Together, we can all help them reach their goal of no kill by 2025.

Amazing home and host

Spurs and Lace was an amazing home to stay in. Lindsey is an attentive host and paid attention to lots of detail. She makes sure you arrived okay and that all is well during your stay. There are many things supplied... shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper supplies, etc. Fridge is stocked with many basics from past guests so be sure to check with what is there before buying your own spices and condiments. There is everything there that you might need in the kitchen as well. The home is clean and so cozy. Beds were extremely comfortable. We loved sitting on the swing on the front porch and enjoying the evening. We also loved the back story of the home and my boys loved the animals! The hot tub is a huge plus after a big day of exploring and hiking. We used this as a base to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon North Rim... no more than an hour and 45 min away. We also did Buckskin Gulch, local hiking, and rented a UTV for Hog Canyon. We explored Kanab a bit too. The house is centrally located and we loved being able to stay in one place instead of moving where we stayed and packing up each time. We really can't say enough about staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone! We would love to come back again sometime!
