Located among the green fields and local agriculture spaces, these newly-built suites offer plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Amazing views of the red cliffs can be seen from your front window or enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the covered back porch. This property makes the perfect base camp to explore the many National Parks surrounding the area, including Zion's National Park, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Bryce Canyon, and Peekaboo- just to name a few! Coded doors allow for contactless and convenient entry. Enjoy knowing you can come and go at your leisure. If you need a break from the hustle of life, this property is a breath of fresh country air. We are located in an agriculture area so remember that the sights and sounds of farm life is common. They are including but not limited to cows, horses, and occasional farm equipment, especially in the fall when harvesting and weaning occur.

What a beautiful place to stay in the perfect location! I could immediately tell it was well cared for. It was clean and had everything we needed. The A/C unit was quiet, the bathroom spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The earplugs were a thoughtful touch! I also appreciated the larger-sized mini fridge. The host was quick to respond whenever we messaged. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place if visiting Zion, Bryce and a bunch of other national and state parks.

The property had everything you could need, host was helpful with recommendations to eat in the area. Would definitely recommend if looking to visit Zion and/or Bryce for an affordable price.

Great, clean place in southern Utah

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to multiple national parks, monuments, and trailheads. Great stargazing, sunset views, and the town of Kanab had everything you could need. Easy check in, clean, AC worked well, and the Keurig for coffee was a lifesaver!

Wonderful place to stay

I loved staying here. The room had everything I needed and was clean, bright and up to date. The location was perfect, and I enjoyed sitting outside and watching the clouds pass by. Host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Great location for hiking 3 national parks. Zion,Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon all between 1-11/2 hr drive. Clean a quiet room to rest before your next days adventure.

Great base camp for southern Utah travels

This is the second time we have booked here. It is a wonderful location, quiet area and very clean. The bed is comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for what was needed. The host is wonderful to work with and great with communication when needed. We will book with them again in the future.

Short, sweet, and perfect

My husband and I took a short weekend adventure down to Kanab and were stunned by not just the outdoors, but this property as well. It was out away from town, so very quiet. Even with the trucks going back and forth into the farms, we didn’t notice it much. It was just a hope skip and jump to everything Kanab could offer. When we come back again, we will definitely staying here.

This place was great, it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable! Kanab seemed pretty central to everything and had some great restaurants, sego was our favorite. Very quiet and peaceful with great views!

This property has to be the cleanest place I've ever stayed. It is just out of town in a more rural area so pretty quiet. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend Zions Shadows.
