Poor instruction for check in, you need to pay cash deposit, which they didn’t mention beforehand. Room towel was also not given enough, but they did send it after we asked for it
But the view and location was very nice

The room is clean but needs renovation as it is quite outdated. The pool is closed due to maintenance. The staff on Club Floor needs more training as they are not very efficient and they talk quite loudly among themselves.

Staff good. Food buffet rubbish and not well maintained at night. Rooms are noisy and walls and roof are thin ..not good forna transit hotel near an airport. Aircon in room didnt work..moved to another room. Dinner buffet was not refilled and coffee machines were not working . Short staffed.
