"the receptionist will asked you to pay more bcs they claimed that the price of the property shows in expedia are not the same as their price. so when you went to check in they will ask to pay again to them"
"When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist said my name is not in the list for today's guest. Well, obviously the mistake was on the hotel side. Took her 30 mins to get confirmation from the hotel manager/owner about my booking. And luckily there is still one room available.
So my advice the hotel management: Be more organize in handling customer booking via online."
