It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay."Reviewed October 14, 2026Return • Brisbane (BNE) - Kuala Lumpur (KUL)BNE - KUL • 1 stop KUL - BNE • 1 stopAU$3,940AU$2,327found 21 hours agoper traveller
Kampung Kundur Hotel Deals
"1- The sink is clogged. 2- There are hotel guests who gather near the room area CHATTING and LAUGHING LOUDLY until late night and it disturbs our sleep."
"The hotel needs a deep cleaning and renovation. A/C worked and we had hot water in the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was not well mantained/organized."

Star Residences KLCC -Royale Stay"My stay was truly enjoyable and memorable. The property was well maintained, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. I especially appreciated the convenient location and the pleasant atmosphere. Everything made my stay relaxing and hassle-free. I had a great time here and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay."
"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."
