Hotel is located at the non high end part of Bukit Bintang which you would appreciate if you are into bustling night life and crowds. Staff are consistently friendly all the time and the rooms are large and modern.
Would stay here again the next time I am at KL.

It is lovely spacious room, good for family washer dryer is very useful
Cutlery could be renewed
We have to ask for kettle No microwave nor toaster
Difficult to have toast in the morning or other food to be heated
We have 8 visitors but we were given only 2 bath towel so we have to ask again and again
Conditions of rooms were a bit dated
If they can do facelift it could fetch much more in fees because the room has stunning view of towers
Sky deck is the best
With the price we paid we are happy

Extremely difficult and tome consuming to get to the hotel if you land at terminal 2. Once I arrived at the hotel, the staff were friendly and the room was clean. Would only stay at again if I was flying through Terminal 1.
