They give me free cookies and it was an excellent process during the check in but one thing was bad is the lift from the carpark to hotel lobby as theres only one life because the other one is on maintenance!
Like : The hotel is located nearby to the city center and tourist place (walking distance). Hotel is pretty decent and clean Dislike: Hotel should be more strict to those bring durian inside the room because my room has durian smell which I am not feeling comfortable with the smell.
When I made the booking, the price of the room per night was quoted as SGD 111 per night . At the hotel, I was told it is RM508 per night ( SGD 169). This is terrible. I was overcharged a total of SGD 233 for the two rooms that I booked for 2 nights.
Huge room suitable for family with 3 kids. The main reason re-choose this hotel because of wide variety of breakfast. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, no more buffet for breakfast. Really miss it.
