Had issue with room on arrival. But Moong was beyond helpful and a very gracious and professional for rectifying issues. And we ended up in 2 bedroom suite which was perfect. The standard rooms only have one chair so not great for sitting reading Etc Large pool was warm but clean yet the round pool was cool but green and slimy, it was cleaned somewhat on last day, not much shade by pool. Also lack of pool towels available.

This property exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was the best. They were helpful at all levels. Especially the senior front desk manager and the dining manager, cook and waitress in the dining area. I had a special request and their attention to detail was the best. I’m very impressed and grateful for making my stay there memorable. Thank you!

Stayed mid may. Roof bar only open on weekends. The convenience store is stocked but closed, we had to stay in a separate building away from the main hotel, which I didn't love in the humidity and rain. The whole place has air of being partially closed down. Pool bar is soulless, beed carpaccio was just sliced steak. Cockroaches in the bedroom, room was seriously hot when we got there. I think the place has potential but the owners need to try harder . Staff were very nice and helpful.

이 호텔에서 2박을 하면서 여러 가지 불편함을 겪었습니다. 숙박을 고려하시는 분들께 도움이 되기를 바라는 마음으로 솔직하게 후기를 남깁니다. 먼저 호텔이 편의점이나 식당 등 주변 편의시설이 거의 없는 외진 곳에 위치해 있어 차량이 없으면 매우 불편합니다. 간단한 음료나 생필품을 구입하기도 쉽지 않기 때문에 투숙 전 필요한 물품을 미리 준비하는 것이 좋습니다. 객실 시설도 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 에어컨 조작 시스템이 지나치게 복잡하고 컨트롤러의 사용 방법도 직관적이지 않아 원하는 온도로 조절하기가 어려워 결국 감기가 걸리고 말았습니다. 욕실에 설치된 월풀 역시 정상적인 기능을 이용하기 어려운 상태여서 사실상 사용할 수 없었습니다. 조식 운영 방식도 아쉬웠습니다. 투숙객이 많을 때는 뷔페식으로 제공되지만, 손님이 적을 때는 단품을 주문하는 방식으로 바뀌는 것 같습니다. 뷔페로 운영될 때도 음식의 종류와 구성이 많이 부족했는데, 단품 주문 방식일 때는 선택할 수 있는 메뉴가 더욱 제한적이어서 제대로 된 아침 식사를 하기 어려웠습니다.심지어는 커피을 마시는데 아이스커피를 달라고해서 먹다가 에스ㅠ프레소를 달라고 하면 추가 요금을 요청 받았습니다. 가장 심각했던 문제는 수영장 안전과 호텔 측의 대응이었습니다. 수영장을 이용하던 중 풀 내부의 날카로운 부분에 발바닥을 베어 봉합이 필요할 정도로 큰 상처를 입었습니다. 물속에서 다친 탓에 처음에는 상처를 인지하지 못했고, 이후 피가 많이 흐러 피덕이 된 뒤에야 부상 사실을 확인했습니다. 직원도 현장을 보았습니다. 하지만 호텔 측에서 제공한 응급조치는 일회용 밴드 하나가 전부였습니다. 나중에 객실로 돌아와 약품을 제가 직접 요청 하였지만 온것은 밴드와 하얀 일반 알콜 소독액이 전부였습니다. 부상 이후 상태를 확인하거나 병원 이용을 안내하는 등의 적극적인 후속 조치는 전혀 없었으며, 투숙 기간 동안 별다른 관심이나 지원도 받지를 못했습니다. 수영장 관리 상태와 안전사고 발생 후 호텔의 대응 모두 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 기분 좋게 시작했던 여행이 예상치 못한 부상과 미흡한 대응으로 인해 크게 망가졌습니다. 위치, 객실 시설, 조식 구성도 아쉬웠지만, 무엇보다 투숙객의 안전과 사고 발생 후 대응에 대한 개선이 반드시 필요해 보입니다. 이 호텔을 이용하실 분들은 이러한 점들을 충분히 참고하시기 바랍니다.
