"This location is falsely advertised on booking websites and does not provide clear and transparent description of where it is located. We were charged for a room the was not utilized. The location displayed on the booking websites shows in Raches but it is actually located in Agios Kirykos. This was only discovered after a non-refundable booking was completed. Horrible experience - PLEASE stay away. "

"The location was perfect for our stay, and most importance was the kind and hospitable support from the hotel, as we encountered a number of travel challenges. The hotel consistently was flexible and gracious to help us!"

"Whatever I write for the property will be too little! Excellent location, up on the mountain side, but within walking distance from a beach. 5 minutes drive from Ag. Kirikos. The property is an olive tree grove and vineyard, fully walkable with pathways. It is also an arborium with all kinds of plants, flowers and trees for you to explore. There are several structures in the property, most of them for rental, but each one with its own character, stone built cottages, wooden cabins, a tree house, but also decorative buildings winery structures and equipment. I highly recommend the place for travelers who want some piece and quiet, clean air, but also to be not far from a busy town and its amenities, like Ag. Kirikos. Excellent job Cpt. Ikaros and thank you for the Ikarian experience!"

"The COLD breakfast was to die for because there was a very good selection. THE STAFF WAS great when you could find them. They asked us if we needed anything and we said we could use more towels and we brought them down to the desk where the person said I don’t have anyone here to clean them so I’ll do it myself, but it never happened so the rooms did not get cleaned. The saltwater pool was sparkling clean. It was very difficult for anyone to check out of the hotel because the proprietor by the name of maria could not be found. We had met a wonderful person there and the seating outside was nice too. Enjoy conversation with others at the hotel. There was parking there, but if you don’t know how to drive a standard car it is on a VERY steep driveway. THERE IS REALLY ONLY ROOM FOR FOUR CARS. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET WHICH IS ALSO A STEEP STREET AND WILL TURN IT INTO A ONE-WAY STREET IF YOU PARK OUT THERE. ALSO, THE NEIGHBORS SHOUT AT YOU AND ARE VERY RUDE TO YOU IF YOU PARK OUT THERE."

"We loved it here, the quintessential beach house with lovely areas to sit outside at different times of the day, super close to the beach and a great restaurant, nice features added by a creative welder / woodworker. Really beautiful place. Visited by friendly cats, I would love to stay here again."
