This semi-detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast.

The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There's a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which with two single beds in a double bed setup and one single bed, and one more bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower or bath, toilet and a wonderful traditional sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. All beds are of the type box spring. A storage room makes it complete.

Outside there is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for one car.
