The staff was very helpful. It started when I came in the door. It had a nice restaurant attached to it with sandwich and other options. There was a nice breakfast and typical breakfast prices.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was a corner and small in my room. Might not work for a bigger person.
Overall a great and comfortable place.

Well-located hotel in the heart of Amsterdam city, friendly staff and clean rooms. The room was pretty quiet overall considering how noisy the area can get outside, but felt quite cramped even with only one person and one suitcase. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops only a few minutes walk away. Only issue was that it was a bit difficult to get an Uber/taxi pick up as it's on a one way street.

Older hotels but very nice location. Rated cleanliness, location, well-maintained, etc., accordingly. Check-in process had some miscommunication, but overall, a great hotel.

"Fabulous find of a hotel The only thing that could improve it, is a mirror on the dressing table for drying hair and doing makeup. Or a plug socket to be placed next to the long mirror. Otherwise, excellent!"
