This bright holiday home is located on the ground floor in a beautiful complex with thatched roofs. The apartment features fantastic views of the sea and dunes in a prime location in Kampen, as well as high-quality furnishings, including custom-built cabinetry and oak parquet flooring. The entrance to Kampen’s main beach is just 500 metres from the front door, and the Uwe Dune is 350 metres away.

A spacious entryway leads to all areas of the apartment:

Kitchen: The separate, country-style kitchen is well-equipped and features plenty of storage space for groceries and supplies, as well as a built-in dishwasher and washing machine.

Living and dining area: Spacious living room with cosy lighting, a sofa area, a TV, and a small desk that also allows you to work remotely while on holiday. The sofa is a sleeper sofa that, when unfolded, provides a sleeping surface measuring 1.50 m x 2.00 m and accommodates one additional person. The small dining table is positioned directly in front of the large picture window and, with its unique view of the sea along the island’s west and east coasts, invites you to enjoy convivial meals.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built-in closet, TV, and a window with a direct ocean view.

Bathroom: Bright bathroom with shower, toilet, towel rack, and window.

Special Features: In the spacious and secluded garden behind the house, you’ll find your own sunken seating area with a seasonal beach chair (approx. April/May through October), situated on the edge of the dune landscape and surrounded by Sylt wild roses. From here, you can hear the sound of the sea, and during the quieter seasons, you might even spot deer.

Location: This holiday rental is situated in a quiet area of Kampen. The access to Kampen’s main beach is just 500 metres from the front door, and the Uwe Dune is 350 metres away. The centre of Kampen, with various restaurants, bars, boutiques, a corner store, a bakery, and a bus stop, is about 700 metres away—just under a 10-minute walk.

Pets: 1 small dog up to 35 cm at the withers is allowed (subject to a fee)

Parking: In the building’s underground garage (clearance height: 1.80 m), there is a private, narrow parking space measuring 5.00 x 2.20 m located between two columns. Alternatively, you can park in the public parking area on Kurhausstraße in Kampen.
