Very clean and safe place to stay. Security guard was very welcoming and helped me to find the nearest car wash place. Very poor customer service from the night shift staff member who worked on April 28th to May 1st. I arrived at around 2am on April 29th, she hard headset in both ears possibly dosing off. She could hear me walking in to the front desk until i called "hello hello" multiple times. When i talked to he about my reservation that she happened not to have on the list left to her by her supervisor, she seemed to be so bothered by the questions i asked. She gave me a paper to write my information and then a room key followed by directions on how to locate the room. I couldn't understand how she directed me and i asked her to repeat her self which she did,but with alot of frustration. I thought that she was having a bad night or long night. Following moring, i asked her about my reservation that wasn't clarified, she again had the same attitude. 3rd day i received the same attitude. I came to a conclusion that maybe she wasn't trained about customer care. On Tuesday May 2nd, i got a chance to have a different lady at the front desk. Instead she was the opposite of the other one. She saw me and welcomed me with a smile and said hi as well. Too bad i forgot to get the name of the employee who received me at this hotel. And i used to leave in the morning and come back at night, so i didn't get a chance to see any other employees until my last day on Tuesday morning.

Convenience, friendly, value for money.

Comfortable bed, staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. Internet is in lobby/bar only, but is decent and there are many comfortable chairs spread throughout. I'm a repeat customer, and will be again.

レストランでチップを8000シリングも騙し取られるところでした

部屋は悪くないのですが、レストランがいけません。外国人だと思ってたかろうとしたのか、12000シリングの食事で8000シリングもちっぷをとろうとしました。もちろんすぐ抗議して取り返しましたが、お釣りから勝手に差し引いて、知らぬ顔をしたウェイターがいたのは許せません。他にもクリーニングでドライヤーがないらしく、朝出して同日中に返すことになっているクリーニングが戻らず、翌日に湿ったまま戻った来ました。天日干ししかできないファシリティのようです。

Not worth the money

Had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to my room, there was no lift, no wifi in the rooms only in the lounge area, the water pressure was VERY low and the rooms are very cramped, and the room was meant to have a patio/balcony and there was nothing expect a window. Will defintly not book this hotel EVER again. Service needs to be jacked up extensively!

Von meiner anreise beginnent war ich sehr positiv vom gesamten personal beindruckt, alle sind sehr hölflich und freundlich gewesen und haben meine freundin und mich sehr zufriedengestellt.das frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, alles sehr frisch und alles sehr sauber, ich empfehle dieses hotel sehr gern weiter weil es so perfekt ist.auch eine zubuchung vor ort für meine freundin war kein problem und verlief reibungslos, daanke an das gesamte personal und bei meinem nächsten besuch sehr, sehr gern wieder!!!

hotel Miltu

The hotel is comfortable and one of the cheapest in Kampala - however there are still quite a few issues they have to solve before they are internationally acceptable. First of all there was no hot water in my room - the water heater was not functioning. The windows were not very well isolated so the car noise from the street was quite evident and noisy all through the night. Finally the wireless internet access was only available in the lobby so working from the rooms was impossible.
