Extremely comfortable mattress, fine bedding, good pillows, very clean, pleasant colours and decorations in room. Entire place was excellent…as was staff… BUT the hot tub was unavailable, which put a damper on our stay.

Hampton Inn by Hilton Kamloops
We had a great experience while staying in this hotel. The room was very clean, with all necessities in place. The breakfast, that was included, was very tasty (with great coffee!) The staff members were very helpful and supportive. We are highly recommending this hotel to everyone!

Staff were great, room was definitely outdated and showing many signs of wear and tear. Sloppy maintenance work, cracked glass, dents and nics all over.
