"We had a wonderful stay at Ginger's beautiful apartment! The apartment was meticulously clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the overall feel of the apartment was first class! With historic Georgetown right at the doorstep there was so much to see and do. Restaurants galore! All that, and the beautiful September weather made this a memorable getaway! Highly recommend!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful stay at St. Germaine Place. The house is conveniently located and its size was wonderful for accommodating our larger group. We enjoyed the porches and the parking was quite nice! Also the property management group was responsive and kind."
