Great hotel! the rooms were so clean, the staff were very friendly. The location was conveniently close to UENO train station and the train that takes you directly to Narita Airport. Would 100% return to this hotel if I’m ever back in Tokyo.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Just here for one night after landing but perfect. Close to airport and has its own shuttle that is free and frequent enough to plan. Staff were attentive and helpful.Breakfast buffet was amazing and well worth it, especially as it included a wealth of both local and wester style foods.
