Great service, facility and amazing spa! Ms. Vasia the Spa Manager provided exceptional customer care when helping us organize our spa experience during our stay and the staff were extremely professional and courteous. Will be coming again!

Arrived late evening and was surprised to see a food plate in the fridge as missing dinner. Great service and hospitality. Staff at the bar were also very nice. Problem were the number of mosquitoes in the room. That made the impression of the stay not totally good.

I've stayed at this hotel well over 5 times in the last years. It's always been very nice. The area is amazing. The staff is very friendly. However, this time we've had almost no access to the internet service from the room and the hotel breakfast/dinners were very mediocre in comparison to last visits.

Terrible service and Big disappointment
The place is ok, the buffet of breakfast and dinner is ok. I chose this hotel because it has warm spring pools on-site. However, we did not be able to use the spring pool. There is a perminant post on the wall states that they close the pool at 2pm every other day to change the water. We went there at 1pm so we could have 1 hour in the pool. But we were told the pool was closed at 1pm that day. They seems to close any service at any time they like. This is terrible.

Very relaxing three days! The buffet was excellent and great variaty of choices! Also very helpfull staff! The hot-spa was not working properly! The jacuzzi was out of order!

Excellent staff, very friendly and caring. Great food, huge variety and different offerings every day. Dedicated in implementing COVID-19 related rules and restrictions. Nice maisonette, spacious, with a balcony, large bed, two Flat-screen TVs, refrigerator, coffee and tea amenities. Spacious parking outside. Amazing pool. The sea is across the street in front of the hotel.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs. The hotel has unsafe living conditions and could be a potential health hazard. We stayed in this hotel last night and we’re all sick now. I suspect that there was a mold issue in our room. The room smelled musty and wet, with wallpaper peeling off and clear moisture in the walls. I don’t even know how expedia can list such a rundown place on their website. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Beautiful hotel to relax
Very nice hotel in front of the ocean. Good size room with large bathroom and balcony. Breakfast and dinner were included and there was a good variety of food. Hot spring pool in the spa was included, we loved it. It would have been really a plus if the indoor jacuzzi had hot water. Overall we recommend, it was a nice relaxing one night stay in a very busy 2 weeks vacation.

We didn’t like the pools that were represented as mineral baths when in fact they were just salt and radon. Radon is not good for health. We didn’t like the run down and sleazy street it was on. Lots of low end restaurants and bars. We left two days early and would like a refund for those.

At breakfast we asked 5 times for an employee to bring a bottle of water. Until we had finished our breakfast, the water did not come. There was hot water and they usually put a container of ice next to it, if one wanted, into his glass. We asked 5 times to put a container with ice because that day there was not even a container. While we were assured that the ice container would be added, no ice was ever added.

The food was excellent but the staff was not good especially in the reception desk. Some of the facilities of all inclusive was not available. The free outdoor thermal pool was dirty and the free jacuzzi in the main pool was out of order.

Pretty good!

The best hotel in town
Hotel looks like after renovation. Food, pool and rooms are quite good. Location is also adventage of this property.

The hotel is super nice. There is really nothing to complain about. The half board includes breakfast and dinner. While not too great both are decent enough and give a good break from the "tavernas" food.

Excellent breakfast & Dinner (for lunch we do not know as we were staying on half board basis). Great pool, and communal areas. Maybe playground should be better as the room is a bit dark, as it is a cofference room.
