Beppu SUGINOI HOTEL
Service staff was excellent. Had stayed in Nijikan and Hoshi Kan on separate nights. Staff had helped to transfer my bags and brought over my beverage that I had left in the fridge to the new room. Thoughtful gesture that had impressed me.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really close to Beppu station. The room was a comfortable size, especially for a solo traveller. The onsen was the favourite part of my stay.
