"My dream village house, tons of charming details. Kitchen had everything we needed, down to hand juicer for the lemons from the tree in the courtyard, to home made wine provided by the owner. Pool was beautiful but it was too cold to think about using it. I thought the mattresses and pillows could use an upgrade.The village was so sweet and picturesque. It has a small cultural museum and a bird and plant museum. There is a tavern, a snack bar and a pizza place all within easy walking distance of the house as is the well stocked minimart. Plus a donkey farm nearby. A small admission fee and 3 euros for a bag of carobs to feed the eager donkies"

"The villa was lovely. Very clean & well equipped. Loved the cars that visited daily. The village is beautiful & we are at 5 different restaurants around the village area. Prices are very good & food was great. Portions are large with free bread/salad. Will definitely be back!"

"An extremely well equipped villa, private and in a quiet area. Excellent pool and outdoor BBQ area. The veranda offered shade from the hot sun and was a lovely place to sit and eat or have a drink or two. The BBQ could benefit from some new tongs 😊. Beds were comfortable and aircon worked fine. Ample room for parking the car. Highly recommend a car for getting around as most restaurants or shops are not within walking distance. Lovely views across the land and down to the sea. Very quiet at night. The building work next door had no impact on out stay with minimal work being carried out by the polite and courteous builders. All in all an excellent villa and would definitely stay at this villa again"

"Beautiful villa- with views to take your breath away. Host of villa very helpful and easily contacted if need anything. Surrounding area is within a lovely village (the unspoilt very traditional part of Cyprus) with very friendly locals and a fabulous taverna 5 minutes walk away. A car is essential in view of accessing supermarkets, beach, and the main town. I highly recommend this villa. "

"Great location with sun all day in the garden. Great view of the sea and the sunset. Spacious villa, 3 good size bedrooms. Owner Demi was always on hand if you needed to communicate with her. Pool area was nice and there was plenty of space for all the family to relax. Used the bbq a few times. Kathikas the village is also a nice little village. It's a peaceful location away from the busier tourist spots, but can quite easily (if you have a car) get down to the beaches and towns of Paphos on the one side and Polis on the other. Would recommend this place to stay."

"The house was a great size - so much room for a family of 5. All 4 bedrooms had air con and tons of wardrobe/storage space. We were there in July and definitely needed the air con. Downstairs was a large lounge/dining area and kitchen. The kitchen really had everything you could need in it. Then in the basement was a full size pool table and outside table tennis table which both got well used. There are 2 cats who visit daily. We are cat people so bought some food for them and fed them outside. They were very good and somehow knew not to come inside the house. The owner Marina left us a welcome pack of bread, milk, cheese, water etc which was much appreciated as we arrived late. The shop in the village is amazing! The couple who run it are lovely and friendly and they literally stock everything! We did a big Lidl shop the first day but just used the village shop after that. We ate out almost every night so it was just food for the day really. Yiannis Tavern in the village was our favourite restaurant there. They give you free bread, garlic bread and a Greek salad each time then delicious home made cheesecake at the end of the meal. Other than that we ate out in Polis or Coral Bay. Highlights other than the Villa were hiring a boat from Latchi for the morning, a local waterfall walk and many visits to Corallia beach. Obviously the pool at the house was a big hit and there were plenty of loungers and shade if needed. Equally there was all day sunshine there. "
