I saw a guest pick up a lime from the buffet, squeeze it into his mouth several times, and put it back. Staff saw this too, but despite confronting him, they still allowed him to remain and continue dining. This was very disappointing and makes me question the hotel’s commitment to hygiene. As non Hindu travelers we definitely stood out but the location also provided a great opportunity to spend time at the most impressive attraction in Guwahati.
