"We stayed for a short five day holiday. Idea was to use the aprtment as base for visits to Prague, Wroclaw and Berlin as well as some local sights like Löbau, Kromlau Rhododendronpark and Oibyn Castle. Local area does not offer much but the apartment and surrounding is very nice and cosy. The host was friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and well-equipped and very spacious. Super nice experience!"

"Alles in allen eine schöne große gemütliche Wohnung, Wohnung und Gelände drumherum sehr sauber. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß gelaufen ist ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Auch abends ist es sehr ruhig obwohl es an einer bundesstraße liegt aber da ist in der Nacht nicht viel los"

"Eine uhrige Unterkunft in der Natur .Total zum Entspannen .Von hier aus kann man viel entdecken .Bautzen , Görlitz ,Barockschloss Rammenau und vieles mehr. Auch mit Fahrrädern lässt sich die Gegend in der Oberlausitz gut erkunden "

"Wir waren vier Nächte über Silvester in Malschwitz und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet, was Küche, Bad und Aufenthalt betrifft (Fußbodenheizung, Kaminholz, Gesellschaftsspiele, touristische Broschüren). "Der Tiny-Bungalow war wie angekündigt "tiny" aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage, die Ausstattung war modern und hochwertig. Einzig die Umgebung ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, wofür aber das sehr nette Vermieterpaar nichts kann: die ehemalige DDR-Feriendorfanlage ist teilweise zentral und teilweise privat vermietet, einige Gebäude ungenutzt und dementsprechend ungepflegt. Dies galt leider auch für den kleinen Badestrand, welcher wohl früher mal schön mit Sand aufgeschüttet gewesen sein...

"The apartment on the first floor was surprisingly large with a kitchen area, proper dining table, sofa and separate bedroom. Because the outlook was onto a street corner with the windows open there was a fair bit of traffic noise but quiet enough to sleep well. The bed was comfortable. While we could have self catered we chose to have the generous and varied breakfast which we felt was very good value. This was a friendly place to stay in a beautiful city and our only grumble was the lack of clear instructions for operating the too clever by half oven as we struggled to cook a pizza!! "

"The hotel is a smallish size one, run by an extremely warm and friendly husband and wife team who make you feel very welcome. It has all the basic amenities, including provision for a very decent breakfast. The room was quite spacious, clean and well maintained, will all the basic amenities available. The location of the hotel is very good -- in a quiet neighbourhood, walking distance from the old town area of Gorlitz. During most days of the week, there is a small and interesting local market that is set-up in the square in front of the hotel -- an added attraction. Very much enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bon Apart !"

"We loved our time here in a beautiful location and with a great sense of history. Unfortunately the check in experience was a little stressful. We tried to get directions and check in details beforehand by messaging the host and through VRBO but without result. Following the directions on the listing did not take us to the property and it was only by chance spotting it across the fields that we managed to get there. We wandered round for a while looking for someone and eventually found our hosts door where he was waiting for us. If only we'd known that beforehand we'd have been saved a lot of worry and wasted time."
