"Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram ride from outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal continental buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we had a room facing the road. It was too hot with the windows closed and too noisy to them open. "

"The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was vey good (considering it is a free breakfast), well above expectations. The rooms are very small, but for the price, adequate. The parking could be difficult when the lot hits capacity (there is a partnered lot nearby but it is a little inconvenient). However, the neighborhood is nice and safe, walking everywhere was easy. For the price, this hotel was incredible (as long as the realization is understood that the cost is a fraction of other hotels)....

"I’m a little torn on this one. The service was top notch. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. A few things knocked it down a few notches for me. The area is not a nice part of town. This was evidenced by the security protocols put in place to park your car and to get into the actual hotel. No key card, no entry anywhere.
