"Service in the morning is just as great as it used to be, but service at nighttime is horrible. It consistently takes 30 minutes to even be greeted - one night it took an hour and 30 minutes to get half melted ice-cream and pay. We extended our stay, and the front desk lady told us we could stay in our current room, but then later that day, a different man at the front desk made us switch rooms. It was extremely inconvenient. The property is still very nice, and the kids love the pool. "

"It was my 5th stay over the last 4 years so I obviously like the property. However a few additions like adequate bottles of water and empty mugs in line with double occupancy would have been more useful. Also the increased sounds of train sirens throughout the night make it difficult to have a good night’s rest. While this particular development is beyond the control of the hotel, they could have given complimentary shifts to the new block which i understand is better insulated from this noise, especially for frequent guests like me. For the rest, again, I like this property and will consider it for future stays as well."
