Whether you want to relax in the sun on the well-equipped terrace, enjoy a drink by the water in the moonlight or just sit inside and be enchanted by the peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The house has fantastic views and is an ideal spot for bird watching as many land and sea birds make their home in the area. The water at the house is not suitable for swimming, but at high tide you can explore the area from the water in the house's own canoe. In summer, the pasture is inhabited by friendly and calm horses.

The house is spacious with an open floor plan and high ceilings. Here you will find all modern conveniences such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, cable TV and internet. The furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is also a large terrace overlooking the Kalmar Sound. There is ample parking right next to the cottage and the only one is the homeowner's cottage right next door. The cottage is located outside Kalmar, five minutes drive through the forest to the main road that takes you to the center in ten minutes. There is also a cycle path nearby that takes you to the center of Kalmar.
