Excellent hotel all round. Friendly staff, lovely room with swim up pool.

Our ocean view balcony was amazing! The suite was well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers.

Gorgeous location, right next to the Old Town Harbor! Delicious, free breakfast that is definitely worth it, with a lovely view of the water every morning. The city view balcony has a lovely view of the alley restaurant with the occasional live band.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were courteous, extremely attentive and very kind. Have to mention Manos who went out of his way many times to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was an absolute star and we are very grateful for his help. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful beaches and very close to Chania. Our room was very clean, a little dark due to not getting any sun on the balcony, but this did keep it cool. It is a small hotel and we felt the only negative was it was very quiet at night, but many people would prefer this anyway. The area itself is fairly quiet at night as many people go into Chania. There is a bus to Chania a couple of minutes walk round the corner, it can get very busy. Noticed the sign on the bus said 31 people seating, up to 59 standing so at times it is not the most pleasant journey. Bus journey takes about 15/20 minutes. The pool area was very well managed, better than i have seen at some other hotels. There was never a fight for beds as the hotel staff remove used towels and replace with fresh new ones, so there was a turnover all day. It is adults only which makes it very peaceful. Breakfast was ok and there is something differant to try every day. You order from a menu rather than a buffet situation.

Great hotel, location, friendly staff, and breakfast. The only downside is parking. Don’t bring a car if you can. The free parking lot is often full, and paid parking lots can set you back more than €20 per day. Part of the great location is that it’s a 10 minute walk from the bus station.
