"The staff was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the facilities. In the basement there is a kids room and also a bar with free dart and pool which we enjoyed very much in the evening. The rooms where nice and had everything we needed. The location was also very nice, close to the ocean and to some alright restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, not overwhelming offers (which is a good thing) and what was there was of great quality. "

"Guten Tag Frau Balmer und Herr Föllenbach, Danke für die schöne Zeit in ihrer Ferienwohnung, die wirklich mit allen ausgestattet ist was man so braucht. Spiele, Bücher, DVD & ein Balkon der auch Sonne bietet, wenn sie raus kommt. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut, da ich auf E-Mail bestanden habe, wurde dies auch wirklich sehr gut umgesetzt und Frau Balmer hat wirklich sehr gut informiert, auch der Anruf nach Anreise empfand ich als wichtig und richtig.Ansonsten ist es sehr Strandnah und man hat das sehr gerne genutzt für die Spaziergänge mit Hund. Ansonsten waren wir sehr gerne am Strand, dass Wetter war nicht immer perfekt, aber man muss seine Zeit ja sinnvoll nutzen. Für alle die gern Steine sammeln ist das hier perfekt.Im nahen Travemünde lässt sich sehr gut shoppen. Und auch alles andere sehr gut entdecken - Timmendorfer Strand... Karls in Warnsdorf... etc. Alles in allem, werden wir die Zeit so schnell nicht vergessen"

"Schöne Unterkunft für FamilienWir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist ausreichend groß und bietet auch für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder genügend Platz. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne Garten, der viel Raum zum Spielen und Entspannen bietet.Die Fasssauna war ein echtes Highlight – und tatsächlich deutlich heißer, als wir erwartet hatten. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, was für uns völlig in Ordnung war. Ein großer Pluspunkt für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist der Spielplatz direkt nebenan – so waren die Kinder schnell beschäftigt.Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge gibt es in der Umgebung einiges zu entdecken.Insgesamt eine schöne, familienfreundliche Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben und die wir gerne weiterempfehlen."

"It is a very nice and relaxing hotel, located close to the sea. The surrounding area is beautiful and offers easy access to hiking, cycling, and many other outdoor activities. The team is very friendly and attentive, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Few things to improve: The breakfast could have a wider variety. The natural swimming pool, however, was not very inviting and could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. I was also expecting a five-star hotel to have a fitness room, so I was a little disappointed that this facility was not available"

"Das Haus war sehr schön, es hat eine sehr schöne Lage.Was uns nicht gefallen hat: schmutzige Gläser, Rückstände auf den Tellern die eigentlich sauber im Schrank stehen sollten.Kleiderschränke wo die Rückwand rausgefallen ist und die Toilettenkörper und die Wandhalterung sind defekt, ansonsten war das Bad sauber."

"When I first arrived , I was a bit spooked because I had paid a high price for something akin to a Premier Inn/Campanile type hotel. I did buy into the concept but did so miss tea/coffee making facilities and a balcony. One I had settled , I loved the place and found the staff exceptional. What bowled me over was the spa and pools . Wow!! Absolutely second to none. The bar was very good drinkswise and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful ( particularly Bastien and Sami) The bar food was OK but lacked a bit of variety. If you did not want Pizza , there was very little else. The breakfast did not vary much . One day there were sausages , next day there were none. Needed a sports threrapy massage for my arthritic knees , and was asssured by a Manager and and a member of staff at the Nivea House that I could get one . I did feel very short changed by what was actually provided . Would stay again? Definitely - if only for the amazing spa"
