"Laid back luxury. Fantastic hotel, one of the best we’ve been to. Went for baby moon. Place is quiet, full of families with very well behaved children, teen children, and couples looking for a relaxing time. All amenities are great - likely recently renovated. Food was delicious, didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for 7 days. Sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. Room is spacious. The staff is on another level of professionalism. Shout out to Simos - professional, kind, going above and beyond day after day. Very impressed. From the waiters, cleaning staff, reception stuff - everyone was absolutely great. "First time visiting Crete and had a wonderful experience not least because of our fantastic stay at the Mirabello Bay Luxury Resort. Starting with the amazing customer care given by everyone right from the reception welcome to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. You truly feel they all aim to create the best guest experience and prioritise taking care of their guests. A special shout out needs to be given to Matthew, the concierge, who went above and beyond in every respect taking immediate care of any request and ensuring all of our requests were taken care of. There was nothing he couldn't do and truly made our trip the most relaxing and trouble free. In addition to the people, the location of the Mirabello Bay Resort adds to the incredible experience - it is truly a beautiful hotel with fantastic views across the bay and the most magical sunrises. Photos can never do justice to how spectacular the sunrise and sea views are. I would highly recommend staying at the Mirabello Bay and certainly look forward to being able to return."

"The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available. We were in for seven nights and we also think that in the middle of the stay, the bed sheets should be changed for clean ones. Besides that, everything was and is really amazing!"

"Excellent hotel, helpful & friendly staff. Food very good - great breakfast and good variety of evening restaurants. Walking distance to Elounda town for local restaurants and bars, and boat trips. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future. Maybe not ideal for those with limited mobility as large and spacious hotel on a number of levels with limited lift access."

"A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly recommend. "
