"Great location, very pleased to have a room heater at no extra charge. Kitchen struggled to serve breakfast at appointed time, or as ordered, or even to open the dining room and turn on the lights by 8 am. Some of it was language issues, some was poor communication between reception and kitchen. The hotel is a bit creaky, but you could call it character. I enjoyed my stay."

"The property and Staff are perfectly up to the level of what one can expect from the TAJ Brand 2 comments I would like to make (which gives this review less than perfect score) 1. This property seems to be more for couples and does not offer much for children - we were families travelling together, and there is limited activities / areas for kids (of any age) 2. the staff does little to promote local sightseeing / town visits and almost deter you from leaving the property - please do visit MG / Mall road and try local activities !"
