We stayed in a suite because we were meeting up with family who live in the area so it gave us plenty of room to visit comfortably. My grandson enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. We would definitely stay at the Staybridge again.

We stayed at the Staybridge in Kalamazoo, because we were in town for a funeral. I called and asked if we could check in early and the exceptionally accommodating gentleman working told me he’d have a room ready for us whenever we got there. When we checked in 2 hours early and got to our room we were surprised to find out that our room had been upgraded at no expense. We travel a lot and I am very picky about where we stay. I notice things other people don’t. The room was exceptionally clean, sheets crisp, and zero smell of smoke. I know hotels say no smoking allowed but we’ve all checked into a hotel and the room has a stale cigarette smell (which will make me leave), this room was spotless. The entire property was well kept and clean. It’s in a good area and close to multiple places to eat. In fact the staff who let us check in early recommended an Italian restaurant that would deliver to us there at the hotel. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. Book it. You won’t be sorry. 10 out of 10 for me.

Expedia had to find us a new location since our other hotel decided they had no room for us the day of. Staybridge had room for us and were so amazing from start to finish. I'd stay here again for sure!

This Staybridge is not on par with the brand. Shower was awful and the handle was broken. Room felt very worn with couch/ottoman stains and a super old mattress. Staff was friendly though and breakfast better than most chains.

Hotel rooms was dirty. Water smelled of raw eggs, kitchen had dirty dish in the microwave, bathroom sink was also dirty. Would not stay here again.
