This was my third time staying at the double tree in downtown Battle Creek, and every time has been great.The staff is attentive, the hotel is newly renovated, and I love the walking distance to restaurants. The 16th floor bar is a wonderful place to take in the city lights at night.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. Our room key gave us access to everything making it feel safe and secure. They had water in the room , I wished it was free rather than three bucks a bottle. But meh —marketing. Check out was easy and simple as well.

Food and drink at the hotel was very expensive. You have to pay for parking. The water pressure thumbs down. The tv in the room didnt work properly. Other then the thing i listed the stay was amazing,the staff were kind and answered any questions asked while being polite. I would stay again if they were to offer free parking.

We enjoyed being connected to the Kellogg Arena for the event my daughters attended. The hotel manager was really great and even allowed staff to open up Starbucks for us earlier than they were set to open.

This was a very lovely, state-of-the-art location! It was newly opened. There wer so many places around the hotel to sit and relax. The room was immaculate. The on-site restaurant was grand. The staff was friendly, kind, and wonderful to be around. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! God bless and much love to everyone.

Nice,New hotel so its clean. Has a pool and thats all . Don't expect even a free bottle of water lol...Or even a banana for free. No microwave which isn't uncommon for hotels. Battle Creek doesn't of ubers or lyft, no transportation avble so make sure your driving a ba $$$
