    This home has what you will need! We're two blocks from beautiful Downtown Kalamazoo, Bronson Park & all that Kalamazoo has to offer! You'll be able to walk to all of the downtown restaurants and shops.

    No need for an Uber here, this home is located footsteps from WMU, Bronson Hospital, downtown restaurants, coffee shops, library, parks, breweries & many of Kalamazoo's top attractions.

    Stay in and cook, or walk to one of our downtown eateries or brewpubs.

    The Space:
    Our goal is to make sure you enjoy your stay. This beautifully remodeled downtown home not only offers four large bedrooms, but a spacious sitting room and separate living and dining rooms. Beautiful kitchen provides large 6ft island with seating for three additional guests, gas range, exterior ducted range vent fan and a coffee station for your morning energy boost. We've also added a fully built out wet bar with wine glasses, pilsner glasses, champagne flutes and beer mugs for your convenience. Both bathrooms have double vanities. Main floor bathroom includes laundry. Second floor bathroom has free standing soaker tub and a tiled shower. Sitting room has a love seat with two sitting chairs, room for two on the window bench and houses all of the provided games and spare blankets. South facing front porch allows for relaxing mornings to drink coffee and plan your day.

    Guest Access:
    Guest will be given a door code prior to check-in.

    The Neighborhood:
    Everything Downtown Kalamazoo has to offer is in walking distance. Dutton Park for kids is one block west, Bronson Park is two blocks north, an assortment of restaurants are all within 2 minutes, shops and more are all walking distance from this home.

    Getting Around:
    Bus stop is just around the corner for those looking to explore the city.

    We are happy to answer any questions you may have. We're only a text, call or email away. You will have complete privacy but we're close by if an emergency arises.

We had a family emergency in Kalamazoo that required us to be at the hospital right near this house so it felt like it was meant to be. The owners were so nice and gave us flowers and a card. The house was very well kept! We appreciate all you did for us while we were there.

Property is very clean and simply could not have been a better home to stay in for our group! Super clean, extremely well stocked, awesome layout for the bedrooms and beds, great kitchen - just like home! I would only point out that if you have elderly people in your group or someone who does not do well with stairs, be advised the stairs getting up to the bedrooms are fairly steep and all the bedrooms are upstairs. (Just a heads-up, not a criticism or complaint.) Our stay could not have been any better.

We had a wonderful time! The home was well stocked with anything you would need from the kitchen having a full coffee bar including breakfast foods to the bathrooms being stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the Kalamazoo area.

Whether you are traveling or hosting a small gathering and you need a place to stay in Kalamazoo, I highly recommend this home. The house and decor was amazing. Great location too. There was only one issue with bedroom #2. Went to get in bed in the far twin bed from the door and there was dirt, sand and twigs in the bed. Luckily the other bed was clean.

Our 2nd time, just as great as the first!

We just completed our 2nd stay at this great house and everything was just as great as our first stay. We had some issues with the Keurig working properly, and seemingly within less than a couple hours of letting our host know, there was a brand new Keurig waiting for us on the front porch. Overall this experience is 2nd to none.
