Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Smoking is not permitted on the patio adjacent to the house. Guests must use the designated smoking area near the fire pit.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Outdoor Seating
A recreation area is provided near the fire pit at the back of the house for guest use.

Energy Conservation
Guests must keep all windows and doors closed when the HVAC (Heating vent ration and Air Conditioning ) is running. Please turn off the thermostat if windows or doors are opened to avoid unnecessary energy costs. We appreciate your cooperation.

On-Site Setting
The homeowner lives on-site, and there are 2 other bookable vacation rentals on the property. The driveway and yard are shared, and other guests may be present during your stay.
