Charming 3-bedroom house with a finished basement in wonderful Kalamazoo

With AC and heating, this cozy retreat is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Enjoy having 2 separate living rooms, both equipped with smart tv and comfortable seating. Modern appliances in the kitchen, including an ice maker, double oven, and dishwasher! The back yard is fenced in and has a new deck with fire pit and large gas grill. Location is ideal, a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from shopping and restaurants.
