Breakfast bar was great. Fresh ground coffee and brownsuger oatmeal with some walnuts sprinkled in was perfect to get my day started.

Second time i have been here and the wifi doesn't work. I can't stream. Moved rooms same thing. Staff is amazing. Beds are comfortable. I just wish i could relax how i want to.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that is not many choices at or exit. If you are in the area again. The next two exits that are within 2 miles of the Hotel have some great choices for whatever you could be looking for. We could have made you aware of your options

The hotel desk staff was loud, disruptive and unprofessional. They were on the phone on a personal call when I came in and one left the desk and went to the back to loudly talk and curse while my kids were there. A homeless man came in while we were at breakfast and almost got into altercation with the staff. They did even call the police even after he came back in recording with his phone. The noise level in the hotel was ridiculous. We were kept up all night despite asking the front desk to deal with the noise. We will never stay here again.

This is my second stay here, it is close to the Wings event center and its very clean,parking lot, However, is so dark and my room overlooked an abandonded restaurant with homeless sleeping people sleeping on the feont porch

I have no vlue why there is zero housekeeping at the hotel i was there for 5 days and not once did housekeeping come to my toom and i had to ask for clean towels. Its not cheap to stay there you would think i could get housekeeping 3 out of the 5 days there

The cleaning team needs to be fired. We had to switch our room several times because the rooms were not clean and there was no one there to clean properly when we arrived.

Check in was quick and courteous. Room was clean... except the floor was not recently swept. Breakfast was ok. The staff is great all the way around. Would stay again. Several choices for food very nearby as well.

The experience overall was good. The first room we got had hair all over the bedding and they was happy to give me another room. However the bathroom in the new room wasn't in the best condition. I don't come in that area so I will more then likely try a new hotel if that situation occurs again

The first room had a clogged and completely disgusted toilet. That being after I called ahead to make sure a room would be clean and ready twice. The associate at the desk was playing on his phone the whole time while talking to me and didn’t even offer anything to apologies for the inconvenience of having to be moved to another room.
