The Mansion is a luxury 5-star villa consisting of two floors: The ground floor (Thalias Quarters) & the first floor (Angelinas Quarters). Guests can enjoy the rich private garden of the house with the pool, the sunbathing area with comfortable sun loungers and the 8-seater solid wood table, as well as the hammam on the ground floor.

The ground floor of the villa (Thalias Quarters) has three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large king-size bed, private bathroom and hammam, one bedroom with a large king-size bed, one bedroom with two semi-double beds and an additional bathroom with a spacious shower.

With a floor plan which respects the division of private and communal spaces, the kitchen, dining room and living room are set in an open plan space whilst the bedrooms enjoy privacy in snug spaces. The living room features a large sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV and a large dining area for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.

The ground floor has direct access to the private Mediterranean garden with the pool, with a maximum depth of 1.30 m, length 7.5 m & width 2.7 m. Thus, guests can enjoy their bath and relax on the comfortable sun loungers in the spacious private garden. There is also an outdoor shower, a 10-seater solid wood garden dining area and a smaller rotunda on the terrace for their morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinner.

The first floor of the villa (Angelinas Quarters) is connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to the residents. It has three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a large king-size bed, one bedroom with a large king-size bed and one bedroom with two semi-double beds. Between the bedrooms there are two bathrooms with spacious showers.
With large kitchen and ample space for gatherings, the guest of this house will have the comfort and space to become a host himself. The living room features one large sofa bed, smart flat-screen TV and a large dining area for 8 people.

Around the first floor there is a balcony with access from all areas of the house and a spacious terrace with a large table and wicker chairs. All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi internet access at very high speeds of up to 100mbps.

It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, in a walking distance from the centre, and the local beach. This neighborhood was once an endless orange and lemon grove, the Mansion along with its neighboring houses has preserved the old homes and gardens to give a unique view of traditional hospitality in Kalamata and the south of Greece.
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. All beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses for a unique sleeping experience.

The accommodation has been declared to the Greek National Tourism Organization under the notification number 1051181.003.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was clean and walking distance from all amenities. We had such an incredible time with our guests and enjoyed the courtyard and pool. We appreciated the small touches that the host provided with the coffee and wine. We would definitely go back!
