The space
The Garden Cellar Villa is a 5-star luxury single-storey villa, ideal for those who wish to live in a traditional picturesque house with all the luxurious comforts of the 21st century. Guests can enjoy the residence's lush private garden with its private heated pool, which offers therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy, as well as the hammam on the ground floor.

Its architecture is inspired by the original use of the space as a cellar, offering the warmth of the original space, with its low ceiling. It has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large king-size bed, private bathroom and hammam, a bedroom with a large king-size bed, a bedroom with two semi-double beds and an additional bathroom with a spacious shower.

The kitchen, dining room and living room of the villa form a single space. The living room has a large sofa bed and flat screen smart TV with access to Netflix. The kitchen has a large dining area for 8 people and is fully equipped with modern top quality appliances, dishwasher, fridge, oven and coffee maker.

Guests have direct access to the private Mediterranean garden with the swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.30 m, length 4.5m & width 3.5m, which has a constant temperature all year round at 28 oC regardless of the weather conditions prevailing in the environment.

The garden of the villa is equipped with a large table with comfortable chairs and an outdoor shower, while it is surrounded by two lemon trees, two orange trees, one tangerine tree, one pomegranate tree, all the aromatic plants of Taygetus, as well as two corners of Messinian cacti.

All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi Internet access with very high speeds of up to 100mbps.

The villa is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata with quiet residential areas, within walking distance of the center and the local beach. With respect to the local architecture, elegant furniture and decoration, old renovated wooden windows with double energy glazing and in general with all the luxurious comforts of the 21st century it offers a special stay experience.
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% by renewable energy sources. All the beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses, for a special sleeping experience.

The Garden Cellar is part of the City Cottage villa, and together with the Green House 80 sq.m. (first floor) can be used as a single villa of 180 sq.m. which is connected by an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to the residents.

The guest has access to the entire house, the ground floor and exclusive use of our heated pool and garden.

There is an extra charge of €30 for arrivals after 21:00.
There is an extra charge of €50 for arrivals after 00:00.
The charging policy for infants is the same as the charging policy for children, i.e. the charge is €25/infant/day of stay.
Pets are allowed only after consultation, with an additional cost of €30 per stay.
