"The keypad was broken upon entry. We had to call the number several times and maintenance was not available. We were able to get into the home through a remote entry, but then had to find the spare keys under a deck in the dark with no real directions. The house itself is very nice. It was too cold and snowy to see the lake. Home is cute, but the management company seemed to be located somewhere else and didn't seem to be local or familiar with the property. Home was clean and as advertised. "

While staying there, we even saw several deer and they came up really close. We will definitely be back to visit. "

The presence of personal belongings throughout the space indicates it was not properly prepared for guests. This does not match the listing and is not suitable for our group. We left immediately and requested and refund from the host who has failed to respond. Do not rent this property. "
